I unintalled it, loading the windows audio drivers. removed evertyhing stwrt*.* from my system and still get no joy. An error '80073712' stops sp1 in its tracks ... and nothing seems able to solve the problem. SP1 won't tell me why it won't install. SP1 is badly designed. It is up to you, but i am going to wait, just to make sure MS irons out any (or at least most) crease.
