Apple has every right to settle with thinksecret, and thinksecret was absolustely causing Apple harm by preannouning it's products. Free speech doesn't include yelling fire in a theatre, or informing the world of any company's trade secrets. It's only the Apple haters who are suggesting that Apple is being Orwellian. There are a fair number of Apple haters, because Apple is on the verge of making their stupid, 6-week training course in Microsloth certificationt totally irrelevant. They are afraid their next job will involve the phrase, 'do you want fries with that?' This is stupid.
