					<description>As killjoy42 posted, you can get the "DX10 only" features/look on DX9 by changing the settings in the config files.  It is not enabling DX10 on XP, just showing that the save visuals can be produced on DX9.  

It amounts to about the same thing.  Forcing the adoption of Vista to get high end "DX10" visuals is only marketing.</description>
