Yep, it seems like Sony just can’t get it right … Toshiba has just recalled another set of lithium-ion batteries manufactured by Sony.

Up to 5,100 battery packs are defective, but the recall will include 10,000 batteries, as that is the size of the manufacturing lot involved, spokesmen from the companies said.

The recall is unrelated to the much bigger recall of Sony-made lithium-ion batteries last year. Source: Marketwatch

We Say: It may be unrelated to last year’s recall, but it seems like the bad publicity for Sony in terms of batteries will never end.

The comments left on this site are refreshingly intelligent and uniformly enlightening.

I fear, however, that it may be due to them being mostly mine.

Doesn’t anyone else have something to say? Does anyone read this site?

I do believe people read the site as I get private emails … maybe I need to post Paris Hilton or Lindsay Lohan stories to get more comments :-)
