Nintendo to Really Get You ‘Fit’

It’s been said that the Wii, with its innovative remote, can really help you work up a sweat. To be honest, I have a Wii, and I find that the boxing, tennis and baseball games are pretty decent exercise if you really ‘go for it’. Nintendo has taken note that some people have even used the Wii expressly to lose weight and come up with something designed for exercise.
Nintendo went the next step today and unveiled a slew of new control devices including a Wii Balance Board that will play with a new fitness game called Wii Fit.
The balance board will allow users to do step aerobics, yoga poses and other balancing exercises, where they can shift their weight and actually control on-screen movements. One game involves shifting your weight to control a soccer player as he heads the ball. The balance board can also calculate your body mass index and your center of gravity, helping you improve your weight or posture. Source: SFGate
Wii Say: Hey, I’m definitely buying this when it comes out. I found the Wii Sports game to be great fun (my wife, naturally, is really waiting for the Super Mario Galaxy game). You can see a video here.

When the Wii includes Dance Dance Revolution, I’ll be buying it.

Problem is, according to Nintendo, the Wii will continue to be in short supply for quite some time.

anyone else think that a set of boxing gloves with sensors in them would be pretty neat?

I was wondering if you knew where I could purchase the virtual boxing game. I would like to get as close as possible to the one at dave & busters?
Thanks
