iPhone Details Revealed by Scanned Sales Manual

The launch of the Apple iPhone is less than 3 weeks away, and details continue to leak, while the hype and excitement continues to build (though based on the number of comments on iPhone stories I post, you RTN readers aren’t that excited about it). MacRumors has received scans from an AT&T sales manual, and has posted details (as well as the scans) about the upcoming miracle gadget. 
Some information:
- no IM
- no MMS … though you can email pictures and video
- threaded SMS
- simultaneous voice / data (you can be on a call while browsing, emailing).

We Say: Well, you can expect a) more stories here and … everywhere before June 29, b) more hype, c) more excitement (?). In fact, as it gets closer, “tension fills the air like peanut brittle” (yes, I found a Superchicken website and that was one of my favorite quotes from that classic cartoon series).

I cannot believe that people are frustrated about these features. The phone is going to be awesome. It will never have everything that everyone wants, but it will work great. That is what Apple does best; they make products that are simple and work great. No Windows blue screen of death.
