Eliminating phone tag has got to be the biggest one for me, rather than call back and forth, I simply set a new voicemail greeting to the caller i want. Then when they call they get the info i needed to give them. In response to blake: I don't know why you think this will make it any less discreet, you can make your greetings as simple as "beep" To consumerjournal: if it does require cookies or spyware i have not encountered it yet, the internet facet of this is just a bonus and organizational tool, you can do all of it from your phone.
