					<description>I guess we're getting desperate now.  This has been around for a while, BTW.  A/C is the ONLY way to really go with record-breaking heat like we've been seeing in CA.  But if everyone gets A/C ... how will the power grid in CA handle it ... or rather NOT handle it.</description>
