Device Makes You Want to Be Stuck in Traffic .. Or Does It?

My comment? Yeah, right. Nothing can make we want to be stuck in traffic. The company’s motto is “Pray You Get Stuck in Traffic”, but sorry, not me.

The software is basically a driver-friendly front-end interface that integrates GPS navigation and entertainment. Typing on a keyboard could be dangerous while driving, but the StreetDeck device supports finger gesture typing and navigation, which makes data input more convenient as well. Source: TG Daily

We Say: So studies have shown (and more than one study, mind you) that cell phones are distracting to drivers and can lead to accidents. Yet here we have something that would be even more distracting. I have to admit, I am distracted enough by my “video-game” like Prius display which I use to monitor and try to improve gas mileage (and I almost got into an accident because of it). I certainly wouldn’t need more distraction.
