World’s Largest Plasma, For Now

Panasonic just unveiled the world largest high definition plasma television to date, a 103″ monster weighing 400 pounds.
Home TV screens just keep getting bigger. And there’s no end in sight. Panasonic pitched a tent outside the New York Stock Exchange yesterday to show off the biggest high-definition plasma screen yet.
At 103 inches, it’s an inch bigger than versions being produced by Samsung and LG. Source: Yahoo
We Say: Panasonic vice president Andrew Nelkin said he wouldn’t be surprised if someone comes out with a bigger one soon. Boy, I sure hope they do, the sooner they start making bigger ones, the sooner the prices start falling on the “smaller” ones.

I cannot wait for SED to become widely available. Large is cool… but quality would be nice too.
