180Solutions, the Yapbrowser and Child Porn

It seems that every week something bad is coming out about 180solutions, always some zealot as they call them exposing one of their affiliates forcing this crap on users computers, always a sorry, we didn’t know until you told us, we’ve removed them from our program, yadda, yadda, yadda. It’s never 180Solutions that is the problem, always someone else, some bad seed that they can’t bother to monitor. Well, the latest is not a forced download or driveby install, but is much, much worse in my opinion.
Software downloaded from 180Solutions servers is promoting child porn.
But the really funny bit (or, well… disturbing really, I suppose, but by this point nothing surprises me) is what happens if you get bored of the broken search site, and try to use the browser to go anywhere else. Type a URL into the address bar at the top—any URL, or anything at all, or nothing—and the browser sends you straight to an advert page. An advert page for hardcore child porn sites. Source: Doxdesk
This is already being covered everywhere else I can think of, Wayne Porter, Chris Boyd, Suzy Turner, so I just want to say I hope they can at least apply some of the same penalties against the owners of 180Solutions as they do every other pedophile. The Yapbrowser is downloaded from 180Soutions, installs their software, and once installed, it sends you straight to an ad for a child porn site. Is this some new side business for 180Solutions, is the adware business getting this bad? I wonder how Sean Sundall would feel if that was his daughter being shown in the Yapbrowser? I wonder if he uses the Yapbrowser at home? I would like to leave you with this quote from the 180 site,

I tell all situation under the order. We were registered in Zango several months ago. Have concluded the contract and have sent them our program for check. The program have checked up and have approved. In parallel within several months our programmers wrote a engine of partner program yapcash.com.
The sense of work of our program consists that the user through it can see FHG free of charge. engine of partner program had not finished till now and one of these days there was this bad thing.
There was a following. Hoster which temporary host our sites used 404 traff in his own purposes. As you can see there was the whole set of СР and exploits all. We did not know about it. Have found out only from news
On video it is visible that the user presses the link which conducts on nonexistent page.
Repeat we do not concern to CP. Us it simply not necessary as the project is completely legal and has fallen down balck PR to us.
1) Because there on the main page was only a pattern i.e. only design of a site for a kind. And in general all sites are not completed. Partner program is in a test mode. Even the engine of site has not been installed on a site yet. On them there are no users and there is no traffic. This all is made for us, but not for for public. For public all would be tested and all links would appear in a working kind.
2) I Repeat. Search on a site does not work. Also search in a browser does not work. Guys from Zango checked our program before to give us bundle. All changes on your computer could happen after visiting illegal page. There could be viruses. Check up a code of a browser and you will see that we do not do in a code any replacements hosts and so on.
3) This version ехе is intended only for us. To show a Zango team that our program is. There are does not work lots of things. By pressing the button it is possible there was transition to nonexistent page.
4) Every url direct to nonexistent page. Did you checked html code? Did you check how everything worked? On my opinion here nobody has understood in what problems is, and have started to accuse us at once.
What difference when has been registered the domain? We have found the name, have registered, and domain was empty any time. It is really problems in this? Domain yapsearch.com the second year and what in this? I speak that we worked above the project and till now we work. But it look like developing events and strong black PR our partner program is not realized
But it would be trust in best. And even to prove my innocence, than I am doin gnow. If I was engaged in illegal business and i would not need to be justified, would not?
5) There are pseudonyms. On the Internet everyone use pseudonyms. It does not connected with business and it is not very important at all. It is not very good when in news your names will pour down with dirt. The registrar of domains allows to use pseudonyms.
6) We now try to find people which are involved in an illegal site. They had some attitude to domain names, but not to our activity.
Similar these people are engaged in distribution illegal content and in parallel contain a server for this purpose. We have chosen a unsuccessful place of accommodation of the projects in a network.
Our sites worked yesterday, but today the new provider has has switched-off them to the happened events. Nobody wishes to have business with us. Nobody listens to us.
In occasion of that document that you have laid out. It has no attitude to our program. The description is similar, but is similar that there is described like a virus. The idea about a browser we have taken from other program which promoted thus the entertaining site.
I would liek to address to all. Understand I answer all questions and I try to prove our innocence. I would ask that you have looked at a situation for my part, from the suffered person. I will try to stop activity of those people by every way. At present time I only have learned the provider where there were our sites.
I ask reductors all articles to write reciprocal article in which you will tell about our non-participation and will expose us as not originators, and as victims.

Maybe a good english class should be recommended at this point. It boggles the mind to know that people who have such a talent in writing code constantly waste it by writing this kind of malware.
