					<description>I'm more surprised that there was somebody lurking around that just happened to see that the blog was unregistered. Is this the type of thing that would be noticed by the casual surfer or are there people out there that all they do is check for the administrative mistakes of others in order to possible take advantage of situations like this?</description>
