Thanks for the tip - I checked in my IE7Pro Preferences and there is an AdBlocker and it was checked. Once I selected AdBlocker on the left side of that screen and unchecked it, my google ads showed up. My question is, does IE7 come with that option already checked? If so, there are a lot of people not seeing our ads. Which is fine if that is their choice, but many people will not realize they even have an option. I don't normally use IE7, I love Firefox, but just like my husband, many take the default of IE and never change anything. Hmmmmmm....

My ads show up in Firefox, but not in IE7. I don't know why, it is using default settings. It is definitely a problem, but I am glad that is seems like SOME potential skiers are seeing my ads. www.catskiing.ca

I found after a recent update to the MS Antispyware program they installed a hosts file that causes many ads served up on sties to not appear/load. Take a look at your hosts file and see if the domains are blocked.

If it kills the hyperactive motion ads that are on the site then I'm all for it. When are companies going to realize that no one wants ads that are so annoying you may be driven from the site you are visiting.

I smell a lawsuit in the making if they release it like that. I am sure though that given the chatter during the beta stages, they would not be so brash.
Many users already employ pop-up blockers or other advertisement removal software that already take care of adsense and other ads.
Since my webpage also uses adsense, I will not bite the hand that feeds me though :)

I have this issue with certain Google Adsense ads on my site but a majority work just fine. I am sure if Microsoft doesn't fix the issue that Google will, they always seem to clean up after Microsoft.
