I know there's also a similar application known as the Ultimate Boot CD for Windows which uses Windows files, but it hasn't had any problems from MS because you have to provide them yourself. Even if MS didn't like these things, they wouldn't be going after the users. They'd shut down the web sites and sue the authors of the programs. But since things like this and the famous "98Lite" (http://www.litepc.com/) have been around for *years* I don't think MS really cares.
