					<description>I think that as far as legality goes, they're pretty safe since they require you to provide your own copy of Windows for the procedure as well as the product key.  I know there's also a similar application known as the Ultimate Boot CD for Windows which uses Windows files, but it hasn't had any problems from MS because you have to provide them yourself.  Even if MS didn't like these things, they wouldn't be going after the users.  They'd shut down the web sites and sue the authors of the programs.  But since things like this and the famous "98Lite" (http://www.litepc.com/) have been around for *years* I don't think MS really cares.</description>

					<description>Apparently, at least according to the disclaimer in BartsPE, if you own the copy of windows that you use for this and you don't use it on more than one computer at a time then there is nothing wrong.</description>
