AdSense vs. Adgenta
By Mark Evans
Contributing Writer, RealTechNews
For the past six weeks, I’ve been using a new advertising network service called AdGenta, which is keyword-based. It lets bloggers easily place ads in their posts and, hopefully, generate a few bucks. So far, the results are - diplomatically speaking - interesting. In November, I made $19 from AdGenta and $39 from AdSense. That said, I haven’t been using AdGenta in every post because I’ve got some concerns they will detract from the content but this may just be the journalist in me worrying too much. While it’s still early days for AdGenta, I think it could be a nice complement with AdSense or an alternative if you’re brave enough to get off the Google bandwagon.
We Say: AdGenta is worth checking out. You might even make a few extra dollars t0 pay for all those holidays gifts!

I checked your blog and suggest you test with some new adsense ad formats, placements and colors.
I have studied the adsense ad placement, ad formats and the colors of the ads on my blogs for a year now (10 blogs). The short version is that you can quite easily double or even tripple the income with simple arrangements.
The most important issue regarding ad performance has to do with if the traffic comes via search engines or not. This is something all studies also say - traffic via SEs gives much higher clickthrough rate and if you go with adsense this means better performance.
Just mail me if you would like to have additional advice - it´s Christmas time so it´s free
. P.S. If you would like to test something start with blending the ads more into the content. The idea is to do things like this:
