I had a similar experience with Monarch Computer. It's a great place to buy from in my opinion. When I ordered an X800 Pro from them and they ran out of stock indefinitely, they called me the day after I placed the order to arrange a substitution. They offered me my choice of *any* X800 Pro they had in stock, including the Built-By-ATI branded one with VIVO which was about $60 more expensive than the one I had ordered. They also ship parts really quickly which is great, and their shipping is cheap and fast.

I also recently placed an order from Xoxide and was amazed when I found that about 6 hours after placing my order for a heatsink and fan, they were already picked up by FedEx. You can't get any faster service than that. The price was great as well (I shopped around first) and my new SI-120 heatsink arrived in perfect condition.

It's places like these that make online shopping a pleasure. Thanks for sharing :)
