Pez MP3 Player

There are very few things that bring back my childhood quicker than the sight of a PEZ dispenser. It definitely wasn’t the little tooth-decaying candies that made Pez so much fun; it was the dispenser itself. That is what makes this PEZ dispenser MP3 player so exciting. Housed underneath an ordinary Pez dispenser is a 512MB MP3 player. This does not seem to be your “typical” mod either. The creator went so far as to obtain the Pez company’s official liscensing sanction and is selling it online at pezmp3.com . Very cool.
The Pez player is a universal mass storage device which can play MP3 and WMA. It is even compatible with DRM subscription services like Napster. The Pez player will play for 20 hours on a single AAA battery. Sorry no screen, just a multi directional button and an on/off switch nested underneath the head. Source: Anything But iPod
We Say: It is unfortunate that this only sports a sparse 512MB flash drive housed within the Pez case. Hopefully future versions will have at least a couple gigs inside. This aside, if there are enough folks like me out there, this will still sell. Many times novelty can rule over practicality.

Too pricey for what you get.

Does the Pez MP3 use a 4 pin mini or a 5 pin mini to load music?
