Panasonic’s SD to SD “Pocket Copier”

Saw this on Gizmodo and have to agree - this is one of those “what took them so long to come up with this idea?” gadgets. An easy way to make copies of SD memory cards to other SD cards. Smart! Only bad news, it’s only coming out in Japan for now.
Here’s a nifty trinket from Panasonic: An SD card copier. To make it extra nice, there is a wee switch that lets you copy either the entire contents of the card, or just the photos. This “pocket copier” is coming out in October in Japan. Source: Gizmodo

Would be nice if they made one to do ALL formats to each other - like CF->SD, etc!!!

looks like one of those sci-fi gadgets in the movies where you put your card in one side for credits, and get your nice drugs out the other
