Doom Ported to the iPod

Brian Berris
Contributing Writer, RealTechNews

iPod owners that run linux can now enjoy a grueling game of the classic fps Doom. Now before you start jumping for joy, be forewarned that it is not perfect, at least not yet.

The biggest complaint has been the controls being unresponsive. The frame rate is also not top notch, but what do you expect, this thing was built for music not games. Source: ipodlinux.org
