OK, so either you like violent first person shooters or you don’t. I personally love them, but that’s just me. I work in corporate HELL, and it helps with stress, and I launched CNET’s first gaming website, Gamecenter.com (W00T) so consider the source. But F.E.A.R. PC is getting props and in the world of increasing console games, it’s nice to see the PC take center stage again.
“F.E.A.R. (or First Encounter Assault Recon for long) promises “hyper-stylized combat” and a “visceral, movie-like experience.” But don’t take the company’s word for it. Hop over to the game’s website and pick up the demo, which just will be available at 1pm ET today. If screens and movie clips alone are any indication, the game’s going to be worth playing. It’s been compared (favorably) to Halflife 2 and won all sorts of E3 awards from the gaming press.” Source: Joystiq

Need a fix for it too, cause they look wild. Might try motion sickness meds, see what happens. sigh

Mike, do whatever you can. I have a feeling this game is going to be making most of us ill anyway.

Picked up the demo, but it runs like ass on my system. I don’t really have enough RAM (384MB), my HDD was thrashing.
Voice acting in the intro was kinda weak. I don’t know if I’d call it a HL2-Killer, but then again I only played it for about 30-45 minutes. From what I played, though, it reminds me of a cross between Doom 3 and Quake 2.
