Skype user to Skype user calls are always free, but SkypeOut credits (which you can purchase at any time) allow you to use Skype to call ordinary phone numbers all over the world. The promo ends at the end of the day. This does not allow for much time, but Skype is promising 3 more “Free SkypeOut Days” over the course of the month.
