Can ANYONE Understand How the Nokia 7280 Cell Phone Actually Works?
I’ve seen the flash demo, and gazed at the pictures and I just cannot figure this thing out. It looks like a turntable, or a high-end Pez dispenser. My question of the day: when does cool go so far that you just scare even the hardiest techie. Why would I need to wonder how to make a call. Hello?

Looks like the person who designed the flash demo had a personal vendetta against Nokia.
The actual phone is actually fairly easy to use.

After you have uploaded your phonebook to it (via usb, bluetooth, off the sim card, etc.) you can scroll through the entries with the wheel thing and press the button to dial. The phone won’t send txts. I believe numbers can be added but they are tricky, as you have to scroll though to get each digit.
Its designed as a second phone which someone would take out as a fashion accessory.
