New Ban On Eyeball Jewelry

About a year ago we wrote a piece on a disturbing new breakthrough called eyeball jewelry. The procedure invented by Dutch surgeons inserted a heart or other shape directly into the mucus membrane of the eye. (GROSS!)

Today the practice was made illegal. But you have to wonder…did you ever see anyone with “eye bling” as they are now calling it? This sounds more like an urban myth more than anything, but if you were saving up for the surgery, I guess you are out of luck.
