Lots of bugs here too. Installed it for a week, and left it running to give it a fair shake. It's long gone now. Why add another layer of confusion to the simple task of setting up a local network????

I tried it on my home network and it seems like betaware
too many mistakes such as identifying some computers as running win95

I don't get the fuss. I set up an 802.11g network last night and it took me only 7 or 8 minutes, with WEP and a wireless printer. No trouble at all. I'd rather do it myself than spend $20, $40 or more to have software do it. That $40 could go towards a new iPod or something equally fun.

Their web site says $39.99, not $19.99. Is this a random pricing thing by them, or did they change it?

I've set up several home networks (some more than once!) and have sweat blood and turned the air blue with every one of them until (trumpet fanfare) I saw Network Magic here. Today I set up a network in 5 MINUTES! Or rather I should say Network Magic did. Fantastic product. Five stars. Thanks, Alice!
