Apparently, it’s an IRC client, and it’s still available for download…

Well, I’ve known some scary people who save threads and then quote them back to you as “proof” you said something or to let you know they have a record of you calling someone a moron or something said in anger. That’s why I never save my IMs and keep chatting to a bare minimum.
