Watching video on a portable is something I rarely do, and generally when it has been the case, I've used my 15" Powerbook. Downgrading a video to a lower-rez format is as already mentioned tooo time consuming, but if you're bored, then have fun. For a GBA Micro though, this does make more sense, since it's sooo easy to carry around and was built to be durable like all Nintendo portables.
