I have been a big fan of a pretty unique piece of software called Video Vault for some time. It allows me to rip and store all my movies on my PC in a digital library (they call it the vault), compress and output those movie files them to my portable MPEG players, or burn them to a DVD. I have also hung in there from earlier versions that were a little buggy when you renamed a file or took too long to compress a movie for my RCA Lyra player, but the latest version is humming like a top and I am sure will continue to improve. In the meantime, for those looking to organize their Video content on the Sony PSP, here’s a great new version of Video Vault from parent company Diversified Software.
