What will they think of next? We stopped covering bizarre USB gadgets some time ago, but this one caught my eye. It’s a USB based sewing machine and it has WiFi.
“StitchLink is a USB server designed to provide wireless 802.11b connectivity between a PC and a USB-enabled sewing machine. It allows sewing-aficionados to transfer patterns wirelessly from their PC to the sewing machine. While StitchLinkâ„¢ is not totally new, being that it started shipping last March, it’s just starting to take off with sewing-geeks here in the USA.” Source: Strangenewproducts
Our Take: Why not 802.11g? b is LAME.
