Tune Plug Thumb Drive Ships Pre-Loaded With Music

This one seems like a no brainer and also not very likely to succeed at the same time. The Tune Plug is essentially a USB Thumb drive that ships pre-loaded with music. This is being hailed as some distribution achievement, but when you look closer, music is usually pre-loaded on any MP3 device you buy, and it comes with some software programs and sound cards and so on, so it makes sense to throw in a few songs on a re-writable storage medium. Problem is, as distribution goes, that's a pretty pricey way to move music. The beauty of electronic distribution (which is still taking a bath in the profit department) is that you don't have to burn CDs and print up jewel cases and so on. Sure, if both products come with and without music for roughly the same price, then I guess I might give the Tune Plug a try, but when it comes to getting a bunch of unknown artists for free, I usually just delete them anyway.
