Trojan horse rides off with game accounts
Just when you thought it was safe to play games on the web, Ka-pow! There's a Trojan Horse waiting to rope you in, tie down your personal info, and ride off into the sunset with your identity! British security company Sophos said on Tuesday that the LegMir-Y Trojan horse attempts to steal usernames and passwords for "Lineage," an online fantasy game with more than 4 million paying subscribers, mostly in Korea and other Asian nations. The pest also attempts to turn off antivirus software on an infected PC.
Okay, so you don't think you're safe because you don't live in Korea et al.? Just to feed your paranoia, that's just the one they found. Bwa-hahahahahahahahahaha!
