OS X on a PC?
Imagine the amazement on the faces of all your friends when you boot OS X on your PC. You need an OS X CD for this to work but jkOnTheRun will tell you where to get detailed instructions for the install.

Wow. OSX can run in a power pc emulator, with a bunch of hacks. Color me impressed.

And here I thought that Apple's long rumored, almost legend-like "port to Intel architechure" story had in fact occurred and we could kiss old windows goodbye. *sigh*. Oh well.

Am I missing something? Hasn't PearPC been out for quite a while?

PearPC has been around awhile. It needs a little more speed increase if it's to ever become useful. Being able to run at only 1/15th your processor speed, emulating won't break any speed records anytime soon.

I guess I'm still hoping for the port of OS X to x86. One can dream can't they?

Justin, people have been running Apple environments on PCs and PC environments on Apples since just after the dawn of time. Every iteration is new, until it becomes old an tired.
