The New Phone Book Is Here! The New Phone Book Is Here!
Okay, not the phonebook....

But the next TechEdge column is sitting over at PC Magazine waiting for your perusal. If history is any teacher, this one is going to cause problems. Oh, and for gosh sakes, it runs through two pages.

Thanks, Todd. Changed it. It's the foibles of cut and paste editing.

Am I missing something here ? Shouldn't there be some "meat" on this page, like an article ? All I see is the overloaded PC Magazine page with links to product reviews, google and other advertising as well as links to the other sections of the magazine. Yes, it says "Alice and Bill's TechEdge" column on the top but if it is the online format of the column, I should say thanks but no thanks.

Todd.... Did you happen to notice this:

"Google's Senseless AdSense Program
Is Google hurting small-time bloggers with its restrictive contextual ad program?

Five Killer Techs and the Bad AOL PC
Skype VoIP software, LCDs, and other technologies worth praising. And is AOL wrong to offer a $299 Internet PC?

TV Over IP Beats Digital Home Hype by a Mile
Intel's Digital Home is an old, flawed idea, while TV and Internet all-in-one sounds promising on many levels.

AMD, Intel, and Even Alice in the Crosshairs
CPU companies go off the reservation, and our new columnists trade barbs."

Didn't you notice that the first line in each of those paragraphs on the PC Mag page looked a whole lot like a link? (You know, blue type with an underline...) Didn't you try clicking on one of those links? Have you been on the Internet very long?

heh

I'll click on the ads anyhow, to spite 'em.

(ooops, ooops, attn all google informants (wink) I was jjjjoking. ) ;<(
