Whole Lotta Shoppin' Going On Dept: According to comScore Media Metrix, (what is with that awful name? --Alice)128 million US consumers visited a retail website this past November. Top gaining categories included jewelry and luxury goods which rose almost 40%, while toy sites experienced a 24% boost in visits compared to the month before.

An estimated $13.2 billion will be spent this year in online holiday shopping. Translation: that's a lot of iPods.
